Physical health is often one of the easiest features to compromise when it comes to our well being. Especially in today’s world where we are so accepting of appearances and the motto “love me as I am” seems to excuse complacency. But what does God’s word say? First Corinthians 6:19 says, “your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost” and later in verse 20 continues with, “For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body…” We are not meant to be obese, gluttonous, or lazy in care for our physical bodies. Instead, our bodies are meant to be disciplined temples for the Lord.
So ladies, if your New Year’s resolution is to take those verses seriously, I’ve got just the girl to help you get started!
My name is Hannah Roy! My passion for fitness started in 2020, and I started falling in love with the way working out and eating healthy made me feel! However, something was still missing… I went through a lot of struggles during my fitness journey, but the biggest struggle was that I left God out of it. God wants to be a part of everything in your life, including your health. Now that God is included, I get to honor him with my health! Living healthy is so much more fulfilling now! The Lord laid on my heart to share what I have learned with other women in the world who are struggling with the same things I did. And so, by the Grace of God he has allowed me to create this health coaching business where I help women learn to honor God by creating healthy lifestyles.
3 Reasons Why Hannah’s Worth It
- Investment: When hiring a professional to aid you in improving the quality of your life, you want someone who actually cares about the quality of your life, right? Hannah is a sincere soul who invests in her clients on a personal level. Working with her is a judgment-free experience. You’ll walk away from sessions feeling physically charged and spiritually refreshed. And when the Devil tries to tear down your confidence, Hannah will be your ally in Christ.
- Community: As Christians, we all know that you can’t life alone. The lone Christian is vulnerable to spiritual attacks from the Enemy, especially when that Christian is abandoning sin for servitude. Ladies, we need each other to keep from giving in or giving up on this faith-and-fit journey. Jesus sent the disciples out two-by-two. Not only can Hannah Roy be your plus one along the way, but she has a Facebook community of over 500 ladies who support and encourage one another! And it’s free to join!
- Foundation: Hannah’s entire business is founded on the scriptural objective to present your body as holy and honorable before God. Not to make you skinny and pretty. After all, God doesn’t see beauty in the physical, but in the spiritual. Through faith-based fitness, we learn to discipline our flesh (Galatians 5:16) and to care for the physical gift we have received (I Corinthians 6:20). And if your fitness goals stand on the Rock, nothing can shake you.
